Be Employable begins with connections & culture!
Within the framework of the Erasmus Plus Youth Exchange Program, Green School students traveled to Koperberg, Sweden for 1 week, where, together with teams representing three different countries – Sweden, Spain, Estonia – they were actively involved in the project – Be Employable.
The exchange program is fully funded by Erasmus+ and promotes the personal, social and professional development of students.
The main objectives of the project are:
-Cultural exchange
-Team challenges
-Development of presentation and communication skills
-Informal learning workshops
-Time management, leadership and team dynamics
-Creative and practical work
This experience not only enriches students’ international perspectives, but also prepares them for their future careers.
