Garden Mission

The mission of the Green Garden is to promote the development of a child’s social-emotional and cognitive skills by reinforcing positive behavior and to help them become independent, healthy, and humane individuals who will be able to successfully establish themselves in society.

 

 

Vision

  • To develop skills, the child has the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities so that he can use various natural resources or developmental tools/toys.
  • The kindergarten’s priority is to implement diverse, creative activities within the approved curriculum. With the help of extracurricular activities, it plans various projects, educational and entertaining events.
  • For a child’s motivation and self-confidence, it is important to promote the role and involvement of parents in the daily life of the kindergarten.
  • Planning diverse strategies based on the needs of children, revising the curriculum, and retraining staff/
    Specialization.

  • Creating a safe, free and comfortable environment for children.
  • The working principle of each member of the Green Kindergarten is based on teamwork, integrity, and information sharing, and every decision and action is focused on protecting the best interests of the child.
  • The child must be protected physically and psychologically; his or her safety and best interests must be protected, both directly and indirectly.
    Working people, as well as people in the kindergarten environment (parents, students, group members, administration staff).
  • In the kindergarten environment, each child is an equal participant in the process. He or she has his or her own thoughts, desires, and interests, which must be taken into account.

Educational process

Two programs have been implemented at the Green Garden campuses:

  • Preschool education (3 to 5 years old)
  • School readiness program (from age 5 – before entering school).

The educational process in the mentioned programs is carried out with pre-selected curricula. In addition to the main program, extracurricular activities have been implemented in the school readiness group, which are based on the International British Curriculum – IPC.

Additional clubs:

In addition to the diverse games, activities, and projects defined by the curricula, children will have the opportunity to participate in club activities.
Activities that will be conducted weekly by music, dance, and tennis teachers.

 

Age group 3-5 years old:

  • Music – Orff’s method
  • Dance

5-6 Preschool readiness group:

  • Tennis – “Tennis Bubble” (age-appropriate program)
  • Music – Orff’s method
  • Dance

Taking into account the interests of children, additional master classes and workshops in ceramics and cooking.
